Human Contact Limited is registered as a Limited Liability Company in New Zealand. Registration #3423172
Human Contract is not currently registered for GST.

Governing Law

The provision of goods and service by us are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in New Zealand and in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms of use or their subject matter you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand over such dispute.

Change in Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions may alter at any time. These alterations may include, but are not limited too additions, deletions or edits.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by a customer, the customer will be charged at a rate of $65 per hour for work incurred until the cancellation was received.

Payment Policy

Payment is preferred in advance via internet banking to bank account: Kiwi Bank # It is important to ensure your name is used in the reference and the date of the appointment.

Defaulting payments process.

Payments that default or fail to process will incur a $35 processing fee and may be passed onto a Debt collection agency for collection.

Change of Pricing

Pricing may change at any time. The pricing on the website is considered the current pricing. Should pricing change between online order date on the invoice and delivery, the original price at ordering will always be honored.
